Spring is in the air, but Winter Warmer Soups still sound nice. Hopefully the hail will subside and students can return to class. Tell your friends and lets get started. You probably know lots of people that are trying a more gluten-free diet, bring one to our Fun with Polenta class and get Dave's popular quiche recipe. Winter Warmer Soups

Dave has some wonderful soups in his recipe collection. Take his mushroom bisque, with roasted garlic and tarragon, his 1000 flavor soup, an asian-inspired broth soup with lime and coconut. And our favorite COMFORT soup - Kale, Bean and Bacon.
Plus he'll share his recipe for
Sharp Cheddar and Chive Scones.

Fun with Polenta

Learn how to make basic polenta, and then we will show you how to make: vegetarian polenta lasagne, polenta crusted quiche and grilled polenta with roasted romas & gorgonzola. Remember polenta is gulten-free and is a great replacement for
wheat in these recipes.

Chef Dave Long has been teaching for over 20 years. His wife and partner, Karen Long has enjoyed promoting him along the way and assists in the kitchen daily. You're sure to enjoy our classes no matter what your level culinary expertise. Each student is encouraged to participate at a level that is comfortable for them. Bring your apron and appetite and we'll supply the recipes and entertain with good food.
